I chose this ladder/platform after looking at quite a few online. For a good price you get a very strong sturdy ladder/platform and I am delighted with it. I really needed it for the platform aspect and it is truly very sturdy and excellent to work upon. I should have got one years ago. Cutting hedges now is so much easier. The handrail across the top is a must because it makes life so much easier when climbing up and down and just for general support from time to time. I have used it on grass and a stony path without any wobble at all. I found it easy to put up and take down, but here’s a tip. When assembling it, put the platform on across the two ladder sides first and then put the pole/handrail across the top. Then put the four platform supports in. If you put the four supports in before the handrail, you may find difficult to get the handrail properly screwed in.

There’s nothing wrong with it but there is no instructions manual that’s comes with the product, so it make it harder for me to figure it out in how to assemble it, but got there eventually.

This is a sturdy product that definitely does the three jobs it's designed to do. However, the assembly instructions are almost incomprehensible being just a set of drawings. I looked on the website for better pictures and it helped. I have now taken my own set of photographs and labelled where each part goes eg getting the correct anchoring stretcher at the correct end on the platform is critical for safety.

I purchased the platform to cut a rather high hedge in our back garden. the platform works fine giving me that extra height to cut along the top. It is obliviously better on level ground, but as our garden is on a little bit of a slope, some blocks leveled it up fine. So far I have cut about half the hedge on the top and felt secure and safe whilst moving the electric cutter around. I did attach a pair of step ladders for that extra bit of stability, A good product that work fine.

Prompt delivery but item was damaged..... 2 dented step rungs and a broken plastic protective cover however neither of these effect its use. Putting it together was ok once you worked out which way things went as there are no instructions. All the parts fit very tight making it very stable I’ve even put the platform on the 2nd from top rung (Not manufacture recommened) as I needed more height making it 1m30 high approx however I still felt safe and it did not wobble. Good product I would recommend but poorly packaged.

Utilisé principalement en intérieur pour la peinture de plafonds. Au niveau des points positifs: A/ Il est solide et supporte mes 105kg sans broncher. B/ On se sent en sécurité dessus. C/ Il est suffisamment léger que pour pouvoir le soulever et le transporter sans trop d'efforts. D/ Comme dit dans un autre post, j'utilise un petit escabeau pour grimper sur la plateforme car je ne me sens pas l'âme d'un acrobate en utilisant les 2 échelles qui servent de support à la plateforme. Moins positif: A/ Le montage initial n'est pas des plus aisés. Les photos du manuel fourni n'offrent pas suffisamment de détails. Je suis retourné voir les photos sur Amazon pour m'assurer de certaines étapes du montage. B/ Les trous préforés ne sont pas parfaitement alignés. Il faut donc forcer pour y faire entrer les boulons. Mais bon, il ne faut le faire qu'une seule fois lors du montage des barres stabilisatrices. C/ La barre transversale qui sert de rampe et de renfort doit pouvoir se démonter pour pouvoir replier l'échafaudage. Pourquoi alors fournir des boulons à écrous autobloquants au lieu d'écrous papillon. Une goupille métallique avec sécurité aurait été encore mieux. A remplacer absolument. D/ Pour pouvoir utiliser les roulettes, il est nécessaire de soulever assez haut l'autre extrémité de l'échafaudage pour qu'elles touchent le sol. Cela complique évidemment le passage sous les portes. Mais comme écrit plus haut, la structure n'est pas trop lourde. En conclusion, cet échafaudage offre un bon rapport qualité/prix, qui pourrait encore être amélioré en appliquant quelques légères modifications.
